A Tiny Character with a Big Heart: Karlo Bromsen introduces “Parlin Papito”
Berlin-based songwriter and artist Karlo Bromsen, known as the voice of the indietronic act Bromsen, releases his first solo single “Parlin Papito” on 10 July 2026.
The song introduces a tiny hand-drawn cartoon character based on drawings by Karlo’s son Willi.
Papito pops out of a corked bottle, loves bees and bumblebees, and enters a surreal little world of family chaos, oddball villains and strange everyday adventures.
Musically, “Parlin Papito” combines upbeat indie-pop energy with playful electronic elements and melodic songwriting. The result is a quirky, warm and character-driven summer release — somewhere between alternative pop, handmade animation and offbeat storytelling.
The release is accompanied by an ongoing TikTok mini-series that expands Papito’s world episode by episode, turning the song into the starting point for a larger visual universe.
“Parlin Papito” is out 10 July 2026.
